Great for all traditional wheat beer styles. Adds extra body and richness. Especially useful when brewing German style wheat beers and as an aid to head retention in other beer styles.
Use as a direct replacement for sugar in your brew in the same quantity as the brewing sugar stated on your kit. Simply pour the sachet contents ito the fermenter with the extract and continue brewing as usual.
