Top cropping yeast which performs best by producing amber coloured and darker beers. A fast fermentation with little left over sugar. Creates fruity esters, with a medium till high flocculation and low final gravity.
The ideal fermentation temperature is 18-25°C. Dosage depends on the used amount of initial density and varies from 7 gram at a SG level of 1050 per 10 litres, till 10 gram at a SG level of 1080. Content 100 gram.
