Andreas, crowned the best tripel in the Netherlands at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2023, is now available as a malt kit (20L) and craft brew kit (5L)! This gives you the chance to brew Andreas yourself at home. This tripel is purely and simply brewed with only pilsner malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats. Saaz is a "noble" variety of hops. It was named after the Czech city of Žatec (German: Saaz). This hop is used extensively in Bohemia to flavour beer styles such as the Czech pilsner.
Saaz has a very distinctive flavour. When used in beer, the resultant aroma is very mild, earthy, herbal and spicy. Despite its popularity and noble pedigree, Saaz generally has a very low Alpha Acid level and is not very effective as a bittering hop. This hop is generally used for Bohemian style lagers and pilsner.

Mount the tap in the bucket with the white ring on the outside. Hold the white part on the outside of the tap and carefully tighten the nut on the inside. Over tightening causes leakage.
Place the bucket on the edge of the table and fill it with 5 Litres of water to test for leaks before use.
The temperature of the liquid in the brewing bucket most never exceed 65 ° C.
Prevent damage from scratching the plastic to prevent unwanted bacteria.
Brew buckets are ideally suited for the 1st or main fermentation because there is sufficient CO2 above the liquid.

Sulfite is washed off easily after application (dosing 1 teaspoon/ltr), so that there is no residual in wine or must.
