Express is the fastest Turbo yeast in the world and fermentes 6 kg of sugar in less than 24 hours and produces a very good distillate quality. It is important that the starting temperature of the water is correct and that only 6 kg of sugar is used to reach the maximum speed. We recommend using Turbo Carbon as this will significantly improve the performance of Express Turbo.
Pure Turbo Yeast should be used where ultimate alcohol quality is of primary importance. Only use where cool air temperature (between 18°C to 24°C) can be maintained.
