quickly convert a sugar solution into alcohol.
With
Alcotec 48 Turbo Yeast, you can make with 1 package of Alcotec 48 and 6 kilos of
sugar 25 liters of wash with 14% alcohol in 48 hours. Or in 5
days turn 1 package of Alcotec 48 and 8 kilos of sugar into 25 liters of
wash with 19% alcohol.
If you can keep the temperature under control (= by actively
cooling), it is even possible to reach 21% alcohol with 9 kg of sugar in about
10 days, with a constant fermentation temperature between 18 and 24 ° C!
Instructions:
• Dissolve the sugar in 15 liters of water at 25°C while
stirring
• Add water to a volume of 25 liters and put this together
with 1 package of Alcotec-48 in the fermentation vessel.
• Cover the fermenter,
but do not install airlock. Never make more than 2 packages (50 liters) at a
time.

Alcotec 24 Turbo Klar is a two-component fining agent for wine or turbo yeast wash. It will normally clear anything in 24 hours although some particularly difficult turbo yeast washes such as those from Alcotec 24, may require 48 hours.
Comes in a dual sachet with total weight of 65 g which will clear 25 L.

Transform your alcohol quality! Turbo Clear is added directly into your turbo wash and within 24 hours removes over 95% of the yeast cells, solids and other compounds from the wash. If Turbo Clear is not used then yeast cells will break open during the boiling process releasing off flavour and smell into your distillate but also impurities absorbed by fermentation clays and carbons will be released back into the distillate. For the very best alcohol quality use Turbo clear in every wash and rack before distillation.
Alcotec 200 Batch Turbo Yeast is extremely temperature tolerant and can withstand the high temperatures that develop when fermenting large volumes of wash into alcohol. Alcotec Extra-Klar 24 is a two-component clarifier for wine or fermented turbo firewine. Especially suitable for difficult clearing firewine such as Alcotec 24.packing: 135 grams, sufficient for 25 litres.
Classic is the best all rounder Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Use with 8 kg of sugar for high ABV, or 6 kg of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality. We recommend you use Turbo Carbon as it will significantly improve the performance of Classic 8 Turbo Yeast.
With Alcotec
Vodkastar Turbo Yeast makes beautifully clean alcohol up to about 14% in 5-6
days! For this you use 25 liters of water and 6 kg of sugar.Also ideal for
adding fruit pulp to get the most complete fermentation possible.
Recommended
temperature for fermentation: 20-25°C, warmer can, up to a maximum of 35°C.
Note: If you want
to make vodka based on a mash from grains, you need enzymes to convert the
starch from the grains into fermentable sugars. In that case, we recommend Alcotec
Vodka Turbo Yeast (with Gluco Amylase). If your mash contains a lot of
unmalted grains, you should also use Alfa Amylase.
IMPORTANT: Always use Turbo Clear after fermentation to remove solids prior to distillation. If Turbo Clear is not used, the impurities are caught by Turbo Carbon and will be released during cooking.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Massage the bag before opening to ensure that it is free of lumps.
2. Add immediately after adding your Turbo Yeast.
3. Stir well to mix.
Dynamite Alpha-Amylase has very high enzymatic activity coupled with high temperature tolerance.Can be used to convert the starch from grains (or other raw materials with a lot of starch) into a batter before it is fermented with a turbo yeast with glucoamylase (GA). Alcotec Whisky Yeast for 25-35 l batch size. With
Amylo-glucosidase!
• Sprinkle the contents over the whiskey mash (cooled to
room temperature) at a temperature between 18° and 26°C.• Wait 15 minutes and stir well. Then allow to ferment for
3-6 days, depending on the temperature and sugar concentration of the mash.• The special amylo-glucosidase enzymes of this yeast cause
degradation of the starch present and will deliver an alcohol percentage of up
to 12%.• Net weight: 23 grams
If you use a lot of unmalted grains in your mash, it is
recommended to give the mash a pre-treatment with Alfa Amylase.For faster
fermentation you can switch to Alcotec Whisky Turbo Yeast.
Alcotec Vodka Turbo Yeast is based on a very pure fermenting yeast strain and contains the necessary GA (gluco amylase) enzyme to break down dextrins left from use of grains, rice etc. If you use this for pure sugar/water washes, it will work just as well but you don't actually use the enzyme.
This turbo is similar to Alcotec VodkaStar but the main difference is that the Alcotec Vodka Turbo is a bit faster and contains enzyme. Note that for grain based recipes, you will also need another enzyme treatment before fermentation to break down starch components. That is best done with Alcotec Alpha Amylase Enzyme
Super yeast Maxi-Turbo Yeast 100 gr. Professional yeast to make 17% alcohol in no time. Enough for 300-400 litres.
Usage:
Make a starter of 2 teaspoons Maxi-turbo yeast in a large bottle,
2 teaspoons Yeast starter activator + 200 grams of sugar in 2 litres of water.
The starter is active within a few hours for a brew of up to 50 litres.

It is important that the starting temperature of the water is correct and that only 6 kg of sugar is used to reach the maximum speed.
