Dynamite Alpha-Amylase has very high enzymatic activity coupled with high temperature tolerance.
Can be used to convert the starch from grains (or other raw materials with a lot of starch) into a batter before it is fermented with a turbo yeast with glucoamylase (GA). The glucoamylase will further break down the remaining dextrins.
