Alcotec Whisky Yeast for 25-35 l batch size. With Amylo-glucosidase!
• Sprinkle the contents over the whiskey mash (cooled to
room temperature) at a temperature between 18° and 26°C.
• Wait 15 minutes and stir well. Then allow to ferment for
3-6 days, depending on the temperature and sugar concentration of the mash.
• The special amylo-glucosidase enzymes of this yeast cause
degradation of the starch present and will deliver an alcohol percentage of up
to 12%.
• Net weight: 23 grams
If you use a lot of unmalted grains in your mash, it is
recommended to give the mash a pre-treatment with Alfa Amylase.
