Product Information: Beer Carbonation Kit With this carbonation kit, you can easily carbonate your beer in a Soda Keg – perfect for homebrewers who want to enjoy fresh, fizzy beer. How it works: Connect the black Ball-Lock coupling to the filled Soda Keg. Attach the CO₂ hose to the pressure gauge of your CO₂ bottle. Turn on the pump to allow the beer to flow through the hose. Once the hose is filled, connect the gray coupling to the hose and attach it to the keg. Set the desired pressure on the pressure gauge according to the pressure table and open the CO₂ valve. Let the pump run until no air bubbles are visible in the return hose. Typically, it takes 30-45 minutes for the beer to be fully carbonated at 3°C. Allow the keg to rest for a few hours and then check the pressure inside the keg. If the pressure has dropped, repeat the process. Tips for optimal results: Keep the beer as cold as possible, ideally around 3°C. Use the pressure table to determine the correct CO₂ pressure for your beer style. Clean the pump thoroughly before and after each use. Boil the carbonation stone for 10 minutes in water to clean it. Do not use Puro Oxi for cleaning the carbonation stone.
