Product information "Beer Carbonisation kit"

With this carbonisation kit, you can easily pressurise your beer in your soda keg in a brief period of time.

How it works:
  • You connect the black connector to the filled soda keg.
  • Attach the Co2 hose to the pressure gauge of your carbonation cylinder.
  • Turn on the pump to run the beer through the hose. When the hose is filled, attach the grey coupling to the hose and connect it to the keg.
  • Set the pressure on the manometer to the correct pressure (see graph) and open the carbon dioxide tap
  • Let the pump continue pumping until the liquid in the discharge hose to the keg no longer contains air bubbles. On average, it takes 30-45 minutes to saturate the beer at 3°c
  • Now let the keg with beer rest for a while and test the pressure in the keg with the pressure gauge of your Co2 cylinder after a few hours. If the pressure has dropped below the pressure you have in mind, repeat the above procedure again.
A few tips for saturating beer:
  • Make sure the beer is as cold as possible. Preferably around 3°c
  • Check the chart to see the ideal pressure for your type of beer.
  • Disinfect the pump well both before and after use. You can disinfect the bubbler by boiling it in water for 10 minutes. Do not use Puro Oxi when cleaning the carbonisation stone.
  • Package content:
    • Plastic pump (self-priming) incl power supply.
    • Ball-lock couplings for gas and liquid
    • Stainless steel T-piece with Hosebarbs
    • Carbonisation stone
    • PVC hose
    • Teflon tape
