Making Vinegar
Use: Add 10 ml to 1 liter of wine and keep it in a bottle or vinegar barrel. After a week more wine can be added. After about a month the wine (which has turned into vinegar) is ready to be used.Constantly refilling with wine leftovers provides a constant production.

Before use : Soak tap and cork (separately) in water for an hour. Let dry for fifteen minutes, then place the cork inside the vinegar barrel and then the press the tap
