Use: Add 10 ml to 1 liter of wine and keep it in a bottle or vinegar barrel. After a week more wine can be added. After about a month the wine (which has turned into vinegar) is ready to be used.Constantly refilling with wine leftovers provides a constant production.

Before use : Soak tap and cork (separately) in water for an hour. Let dry for fifteen minutes, then place the cork inside the vinegar barrel and then the press the tap
Please note that turning a dry tap can damage the cork lining.Supplied WITHOUT the cork that is in the picture.
