The cheese press supplied is the table model in wood, for cheese barrels up to 16 cm diam, self-constructed, is supplied without weights!
With the Kochstar kettle and the Au Bain Marie insert, ideal for cheese-makers to heat the milk!
Tip: Loose weights have not been for sale for a number of years. The solution is simple: attach a small bucket as 'weight' and fill it with 500 ml (500 grams) of water for the first few weeks and then up to 1000 ml (1 kg) for the following weeks for hard cheese.
