Beer, wort and water analyses can be carried out quickly, easily and precisely with the CDR BeerLab! From IBU, VDK, Sugars, Alcohol to FAN, whether in production, quality control or for special research projects - the CDR BeerLab® delivers reliable results and helps you to brew the best beer every time.

How It Works

CDR BeerLab® consists of a thermostatically controlled analyser with photometric technology, LED reading cells and reagent sets with ready-to-use pre-filled test tubes.

Reduced analysis times

With CDR BeerLab® you are finally able to carry out analyses in your own brewery quickly and easily without having to rely on an external laboratory.

You can prepare 16 samples at the same time for analyses, allowing you to permanently monitor the production process and obtain specific and precise answers in just a few minutes.

Easy to use

The system has been designed to be used in the laboratory and for real-time results on the production line by personnel without specialised technical training.

The analysis methods shown on the display are simpler than conventional methods and can be performed in just a few steps. If necessary, the HELP function guides you step by step through the whole process, automatically calculating, displaying and printing the result.

Reliable

CDR BeerLab® guarantees high sensitivity, a wide measurement range and excellent repeatability of results thanks to the innovative photometric technology with LED light sources and fixed wavelengths from the ultraviolet to the visible spectrum. The results obtained are in line with those of the reference methods.

The ready-to-use disposable reagents developed and manufactured by the CDR research laboratory are packaged in bags of 10 tests, bundles of 100 tests are discounted.

In just 15 minutes you can analyse up to 16 samples with CDR BeerLab® and up to 3 samples with the junior model.
