Grape concentrate Rosé 500 ml. specially intended to add to your own (grape) wine. Also suitable for absorbing loss of volume after transfer. Made from Italian wine grapes. Contains no preservatives.
Instructions for use (for a 10 litre recipe):
- Fill the fermentation bottle with the pressed pulp to 9.5 litres.
- After about three days add the contents of this bottle to the still-fermenting wine.
- This may be done in parts if the fermentation is turbulent.
