This aroma hop shows good resistance to wilt disease and impresses with its fruity note.
This variety is characterized by its fine aromas and bitterness. It has citrus notes of bergamot and lemon tea, which can also extend to vanilla during cold extraction.
Raw hops
Sweet fruits such as apricots and candied cherries contribute to its delicate flavor. All the way to fine chocolate. Spicy notes of thyme also contribute to the taste.
Cold extract*
Predominantly citrus and lime aromas with vegetal notes. Tasty through to creamy vanilla.
The alpha acid varies depending on the harvest year.
