Hergestellt aus feinster Qualitätsbraugerste. Kaffeebraune Körner, kaffeearomatischer Geruch. In einer Gerstenschälmaschine wird ein Großteil der Spelze (Samenschale) des Kornes entfernt. Dies führt zu einer geringeren Röstbittere im fertigen Produkt. Durch schonende Röstung wird die hohe Farbtiefe von Carafa® Spezial erreicht. Aroma: Kaffee-, Kakao- und dunkle Schokoladennoten

- Maximaler Schüttungsanteil: 5%
- Nutzung: Porter; dunkle Biere; Bockbier; Stout; Altbier; Schwarzbier
