Mijn favoriet voor droge cider
Verschillende cider gisten uitgeprobeerd om een droge cider te maken, en keer op keer is deze toch het beste geworden. Vanaf nu gebruik ik alleen deze nog voor appel en appel/blauwe bessen cider. De smaak valt dan uit als een droge champagne.
