Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain to produce a classic whiskey. This particular yeast is perfect for distilling whiskey from malt.

- Sufficient for: 15-25L.
- Alcohol tolerance: 20% ABV.
- Attenuation: 70-100% (Low-High).
- Flocculation Rate: High
We recommend adding glucoamylase to improve yeast productivity. Before use, hydrate the yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes.
