Product information "Flaked Corn 20 kg"
The use of flake corn provide a lighter colour than pilsner malt and results in a dryer beer which favours the hop character. Use up to 40% to brew "light" beers.
For better conversion of the starch it is advised to boil the flaked corn for about 30 minutes. Cool down and add to the malt during mashing.
