It's currently one of the superstars of the hop world, harmonizing beautifully with varieties like Mosaic and Simcoe to create an intense, fruity profile in beers, especially American Pale Ales and IPAs. It is particularly popular for hop plugging and is also suitable for single hop IPA's.
