Citra hops are known for their striking aroma of citrus, especially grapefruit and lime, with hints of tropical fruit. It's currently one of the superstars of the hop world, harmonizing beautifully with varieties like Mosaic and Simcoe to create an intense, fruity profile in beers, especially American Pale Ales and IPAs.
