Ariana is a German dual-purpose hop with tangy notes of passion fruit, pineapple and berries. Also due to its descent from the parent variety Herkules, Ariana forms a typically harmonious bitterness in early pours. It is suitable for smash beers or in combination with varieties such as Admiral or Galaxy.
