Send us photos and information that is necessary to solve the problem. Think e.g. of photographs of damaged shipments and / or products. Deliver the “proof” quickly and clearly, the sooner the problem can be resolved..

How to report your complaint and how it is handled:

  • You will receive a ticket number with which you can track the report.
  • Our employees will try to solve your complaint as quickly as possible . Normally we will resolve your complaint within 2-3 working days.
  • Are you not satisfied with the offered solution? Send your complaint as complete as possible by letter or e-mail to our Supportdesk.
  • We look into the complaint again and try to offer an alternative solution - if possible.
