Sommelier Training - World Championship
The World Beer Sommelier Championships will take place in September and the beer sommelier elite of Northern Germany will meet at the Braumark for training. You can now compete in two categories and train with the professionals.
Beer style recognition
Learn and train to distinguish between international beer styles. 10 beers will be tasted and everything from NEIPAs to Bohemian Pilseners and Porters will be tested and recognised.
Off-flavours
Ten beers, ten faults. But which ones? In this tasting you have to recognise and assign 10 common beer faults. Is it light flavour, green apple or lactic acid? Our specialists come up with something new every month to test your olfactory and taste buds.
