Cooling-off Period
A cooling off period of 14 days applies to all orders. Within this period you may view and evaluate the products. Are you not satisfied? You can return (almost) all products purchased from Braumarkt BV in their original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible) within 14 days of receipt.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been adjusted according to your specifications.
- Products that have been used and damaged by use.
- Raw materials for which the packaging is open or has been opened
Return Process
Do you wish to return an item? Please mail to service@braumarkt.com with subject RMA and specify the order number or cash receipt number. We will then send you a mail with the return instruction.
Costs to return
- Warranty and wrongly delivered products: You can use our reply number. Standard shipping costs are free.
- Cooling-off period and wrongly ordered products: You return the products at your own expense and risk. Save the shipping receipt to claim the damage from the carrier in the event of loss.
- Refund of returns: After receiving your return kit the full order amount (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to you. Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing your refund.
When revoking booked events in the Braumarkt Academy, the following revocation conditions apply:
- In case of revocation up to 24 hours after booking, we will refund 100% of the price.
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the event, we refund 50% of the price.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event is excluded.
