Cool your wort like a professional brewery does with this ultra compact plate heat exchanger. With this device (consisting of 20 stainless steel plates), 30-40 liters of hot wort can be cooled to 20°C in as little as 10 minutes by gravity (no additional pump required). Precipitation of the hot trub is not disturbed by the rapid cooling, thus minimizing the risk of wort infections. The cooler is easy to use and clean, water consumption is limited.

Info regarding hoses:
- Appropriate size for the supply and return hoses is hose with an inner diameter of 9 or 10 mm.
- For the supply (warm side) it is best to choose Silicone hose
- For the return (cold side) it is best to choose PVC hose
