Use this Spunding Valve from Keg King to set the desired pressure in your pressure fermenter. Simply attached to the fermenter gas disconnect and set the pressure using the adjustable valve. When the pressure reaches the set PSI/Bar, the valve will relieve the pressure out of the fermenter.
The gauge displays up to 15 PSI. Constructed of brass with steel spring to control the internal poppet.
