Mimosa was developed in 2019, It's a cross between a Czech mother and a South African father. The first dwarf hop of the Czech Republic: the maximum growing height is three meters. Mimosa is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping. Aroma Profile: Spicy & herbal.
