Product information "Malt Mill Premium Cast Iron"
This is a basic grain maill that will grind malt compared to a roller mill which will crush the malt and leave the husks intact. However, if adjusted correctly you can achieve the same mashing efficiency with this mill as you could with a roller mill. Just make sure you don't grind too fine!
