GoldSwaen © Classic is a caramel malt. This malt increases the character and softness of the beer. Increases and preserves foam formation. Gives a touch of soft caramel aroma to the beer. The temperature is raised to 45-50 ° C during the last 30-36 hours, in order to achieve an increased enzymatic degradation and the resulting formation of nitrogen compounds (with a low molecular weight) and sugars. Due to the separate production procedure, this malt has a reddish appearance and that typical aroma that makes the smell and taste more intense and stable. GoldSwaen © is used in dark festival beers and in nutritious beers. Provides a darker golden shade, somewhere between GoldSwaen © Munich Light and GoldSwaen © Munich Dark.
