Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain in order to produce an whisky from one of the world worlds most renowned whisky regions. This particular yeast strain is used in the most famous Scottish distilleries.

- Sufficient for: 15-25L.
- Alcohol Tolerance: 20% ABV.
- Attenuation: 70-100% (Low-High).
- Flocculation Rate: High
We recommend adding glucoamylase to improve productivity of yeast. Please hydrate yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes prior to use.
