                		                                        Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain to produce a beautiful barrel aged bourbon.This particular yeast strain follows the recipe of the ancient tribes of North America.

- Sufficient for: 15-25L.
- Alcohol tolerance: 20% ABV.
- Weakness: 70-100% (Low-High).
- Flocculation rate: high
We recommend adding glucoamylase to improve yeast productivity.
Hydrate yeast in water at 27c for 30 minutes before use.
