                		                                        Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain to produce a traditional Irish whiskey. This particular yeast is used in all major distilleries across Ireland.
- Net weight: 10g
- Sufficient for: 15-25L.
- Alcohol tolerance: 20% ABV.
- Attenuation: 70-100% (Low-High).
- Flocculation Rate: High
To promote the productivity of the yeast, we recommend adding Glucoamylase. Before use, hydrate the yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes.
