Fermentis Safcider AC-4 Dry Yeast 5 g – For Fresh and Fruity Ciders
Fermentis Safcider AC-4 is the ideal cider yeast for creating a fresh, aromatic profile with apple and citrus notes, complemented by refined fruit aromas for enhanced complexity. Originating from the Champagne region, this yeast is perfect for both sweet and dry ciders, even under challenging fermentation conditions. It produces a sweet, rounded mouthfeel and delivers a crisp, clean finish that enhances the overall cider structure. Safcider AC-4 works effectively within a wide temperature range of 10 °C - 30 °C (50 °F - 86 °F), with optimal fermentation temperatures between 18 °C - 24 °C (64 °F - 75 °F).
One 5 g sachet is sufficient to ferment approximately 20 liters (5.3 gallons) of cider.
