ENZYBREW 10 breaks down the organic dirt that is left behind in the production of traditional beer, such as vegetable fibres, proteins and starch.
ENZYBREW 10 is a specific enzyme cocktail that guarantees a thorough cleaning that is safe for the materials and is ideal for cleaning filters, heat exchangers, yeast tanks, waiting bins and boilers.

Usage:
- Dissolve 1% (10 g/L) in hot water (45-60 °C) and mix well.
