Product information "El Dorado® hop pellets 100 g"
El Dorado is a dual-purpose hop with high alpha acid content and excellent aroma characteristics. The variety impresses with its exotic aroma with intense fruity notes of pineapple, watermelon and stone fruit. It can be excellently combined with Citra or Amarillo hops to create a fruity, tropical profile, which is especially popular in IPA's and Pale Ales.
Aroma profile: grassy, fruity, sweet.
Specific aromas: pear, melon, tropical fruit, apricot, peach, stone fruit.
Alpha acidity: 11.0%
