French hop variety, related to Strisselspalt and Whitbreads Golding. Aramis inherited the excellent aroma properties of Strisselspalt but has a larger and more stable bitterness so that it can be used throughout the brewing process.
Subtle sweet and spicy aromas, with a slight touch of grapefruit. Nice hop for (American) Pale Ales, Pils, Saison, Wheat beer.
