One pack increase the fermentation of any beer yeast, champagner yeast or distillers yest because of the sugar based fermentation.

The Propper Selter ™ works very efficiently with Kveik yeasts, as they have a very wide temperature range

Use:
- Dissolve sugar in water and 10 min. boil - adjust the original wort
- After adjusting the original wort, remove the solution from the heat and add the Propper Seltzer ™
- Put the solution in your fermenter and adjust it to the fermentation temperature
- Now add your yeast
