The best of both worlds. Pressed cork, with a layer of high quality cork at the top and bottom, but can be kept extra long for 6-10 years.
Long wine Cork, absolute top quality. The prejudices against compressed cork are totally obsolete this way.
The advantages on the contrary are important:
- The corks have a constant cork density and thus optimal pressure against the bottleneck, which results in a perfect closing.
- The cork discs have been treated, so taste deviations are practically out of the question and have been treated with silicone for easy de-corking.
- Cork length 39 mm.
