Hallertau Polaris 100 g pellets TYPE 90 - about 20.3 % alpha crop 2022
This new cultivar has an intense aroma and a refreshing note similar to "glacier ice candy". However, fruity as well as resinous notes come to the fore.
The alpha acid varies depending on the year of crop.
Raw hops
Spicy-aromatic elements of coumarin, mugwort, woodruff, lemon balm and bergamot as well as fruity quince and pineapple.
Cold extract*
Cool menthol notes of mint and glacier ice complemented by sweet toffee and banana nuances.
