Hallertau Blanc 100 g Pellets TYPE 90
Hallertau Blanc is a new daughter of the Cascade breeding variety with a fruity-floral white wine bouquet.
The variety was bred in Hüll and came onto the market in 2012.
The alpha acid varies depending on the Crop year.
Raw hops
Green-vegetal elements of maggi and onion, but also grapefruit notes and fruity nuances of strawberry and cassis.
Cold extract*
Spicy-herbaceous to woody notes of tomato leaves and barrique. These are combined with wine aromas of muscatel and Federweisser.
