Wheat Flakes 25 kg
Are frequently used in wheat beers, Lambic, Grand Cru, etc. They lead to a fuller taste and improve the head. You can use 20-40 % without noticeable problems. At higher percentages, filtering/sparging becomes very difficult and additional bran or rice hulls may need to be added so that the filter bed does not clog.
Adding flakes to the mash yields smoother beers and influences taste and color. Thanks to the production process of our flakes, they can simply be added to the mash. They do not need to be pre-cooked.
